• Maximum occupancy for the unit is six individuals
• Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age.
• Check in time is 3 pm or after (Central Time). Early check-in may be available if cleaning staff is finished.
• Checkout time is 10 am or before.
• No parties or events. Occupancy limited to the number of guests reserved.
• Twin bed and Trundle weight limit is 250 pounds per bed.
• No smoking inside the unit or on balconies, stairwells, or breezeways. If evidence of any smoking is found within the unit, there will be a $500 assessment and remediation fee.
• Pets are not permitted in or around the condo community for guests/renters. If evidence of any animals are found within the unit, there will be a $150 assessment fee charged to the guest.
• Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am (Central Time) the following morning.

We are more flexible with guests that direct book with us. Therefore, no payment is due upon making your reservation, unless you will be arriving within 15 days.

• We will charge your card fifteen (15) days prior to your arrival.
• 50% refund for cancellations between 14 and 8 days before arrival.
• No refund offered for cancellations 7 days or less before arrival.
